You’re taking a gander at a 1985 GMC van … truck … thing. Whatever it is, it’s offered by a private dealer in Tucson for $11,000 – that much we know. The rest is somewhat more subtle.
This is what I’ve accumulated. This is a 1985 GMC that began life as a full-estimate, overwhelming obligation payload van (or traveler van). Sooner or later, clearly in 1986, everything behind the driver’s seat was tore out by an organization called National Motor Coach. This organization mounted the van’s front end on the edge of a GMC dually pickup truck, attached the bed from said truck, and included an additional wide sleeper lodge behind the front seats.
